IP Chicken Noodle Soup 2 TBL butter 1 large onion chopped 2 medium carrots chopped 2 stalks celery chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tst thyme 1 TBL parsley 1 TBL oregano 4 cups chicen broth 2 pounds chicken breast 3 cups water 5 ounces egg noodles 1 In IP melt butter, then add onion, carrots, and celery saute until onion is translucent 2 Add salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and oregano, stir together. 3 Add broth, water, and chicken 4 Set IP to Soup and cook for 7 minutes 5 When cooking cycle is complete wait for natural release (10 minutes) 6 Remove the chicken and shred 7 Add noodles set IP to saute for about 6 minutes (directions for noodles) 8 Add the chicken back into the soup and season to taste.
